The hotel has a good location and spacious rooms.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was annoyingly slow, as our room wasn't ready on time even after repeatedly asking the staff. We were left with no clear communication, made planning our afternoon difficult. The lack of basic amenities, such as plates and silverware in the Presidential Suite, was disappointing. It felt unprepared for our stay. Cleanliness issues with remnants of the previous guest left under the table were unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

Clean rooms and warm, engaging staff make courtyards lovely

The service was excellent. Loved the complimentary basic Wi-Fi across the hotel.

Not really restaurants or shops nearby, in the evening you shouldn't be alone outside, sometimes very funny communication (in the restaurant some people don't speak German very well), rooms partly dusty, heating didn't work (was always very cold in the room, didn't get warmer), when ordering from the restaurant you have to carry food with tray (very heavy) up yourself and once all the electricity went out and the card for the elevator didn't work either - from a 4-star hotel, especially for these prices (21€ for breakfast per person per day! Deluxe rooms are not really more special than the standard rooms, WLAN for hotel guests is charged - 5€/day! Garage also with costs for hotel guests - 20€/day!), I expected more.

The room was spacious with a great shower and nice views of the hills. Loved having a mini-fridge!

Had a fairly nice stay for my business trip, everything was exceptional. The staff were exceptionally nice and pleasant and were around whole time. The room itself was spotlessly clean and huge with a nice view. The location was great, I needed to be near convention centres and banks.

It was a perfect stay in Lin. we had a room with a view on the 7th floor as we had wished. The windows are floor-to-ceiling. So the room is very bright and the view can reach out into the distance. The furnishing is straightforward and modern with very nice colour harmony, the bathroom is well thought out with enough storage space and above all very clean. We were aware that the beds in houses of the Mariott Group are the big plus, but nevertheless we were very positively surprised - a king-size bed with a continuous mattress, a big duvet and a good choice of cushions - simply wonderful

A few years ago I had written "Never again Mariott" here - at that time I was very disappointed by the high additional costs, the unfriendliness and prepotency of the staff (especially at the reception) in another house of the Mariott Group. Linz is different, although here, too, a fee is charged for Internet access - that's simply not appropriate for a house of this class. I don't know of any other hotel where you have to pay extra for WLAN.

The room was everything was super clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds, made sleeping easy. The breakfast was a standout feature, with a generous variety of delicious options to fuel our adventurous day. Its proximity to the city center, nearby restaurants, and shopping areas made it convenient for exploring.

We encountered a bit of a delay during check-in, which could be improved with better communication.

I liked the friendly reception staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. I also liked the idea of the 24 hours food and drink available at the front desk.

I loved the free ice making machine!

loved fantastic and satisfactory breakfast options with the fresh gluten free bread, fresh fruit. location: the hotel was near the conference center next door.

Spacious room with modern decor and clean amenities. Breakfast offered a great variety (loved the fresh fruits!). Parking was easy to access just off the A7 highway, and able to walk into the center post-dinner with a nice vibe around.

Friendly helpful staff who spoke english and facilities to make a drink not always available outside uk hotels

I would recomend this hotel - large clean room with comfortable bed, deep-level garage, great breakfast

Great Wi-Fi and clean room. Luggage storage was handy, but check-in took too long.

Great contemporary design, very warm and welcoming color scheme. My native language is English and the staff were very accomodating and helpful. It also helped that all the literature offered German and English as well.
